Michael Fox – AM, B Arch, MTCP, FAIA, FPIA, ACAA – is an accredited heritage architect, planner and access consultant with over 30 years of experience integrating access, architecture and heritage. He is a director of Access Australia and Michael Fox Architects (MFA) and 2010 to 2023 Chair of Rights & Inclusion Australia, progressing more equitable and accessible housing.
National programs include the Sydney 2000 Games and international roles include extensive involvement in the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), as RI Global President, New York, 2004 to 2008.

James Bowman – B Arch, Master of Commerce, Advanced Diploma of Architectural Technology – is an AA and MFA consultant architect.
James has extensive documentation and delivery experience, including education and health procurement and strategic management within a heritage context.
James is an experimental research architect specialising in artificial intelligence and generative parametric design.

Joseph Kwan – MH, Dip Arch (QIT), M Sc (Surrey), FRAIA, RIBA, FHKAI, Assoc AIA, Aff ACAA – is an architect with over 36 years of experience in architectural practice in Australia, United Kingdom, France and 28 years in Hong Kong.
He specializes in universal design and access to the built environment, transportation and inclusive tourism.
Joseph experience includes Consultant to the United Nations - Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) on Non-Handicapping Environments for People with Disabilities, and Expert/Resource Person on Barrier Free Tourism in Asia and the Pacific.

Margaret Fox – BA, MA, Grad. Dip. IM – is a director of AA and MFA. Margaret manages research and IT, and has extensive research, planning and policy guidelines experience .
Since 1992 her extensive access experience has included planning reports and policy guidelines, together with initiation, management and field work associated with access audits, assessments and reports. She is a member of ACAA.
